Every time you find an art print you would love to add to your home, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button next to each product image. Once you’re done shopping, click on the “Checkout” button and you will be directed to an order confirmation and payment page.
We strive to send you wall art prints that are highly accurate, however, slight variations are always possible.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Stripe and PayPal payments are also accepted.
Once you place your order, your financial institution will generally place a hold on your account for the amount that was requested from the Jay Bower site but this may differ depending on who you bank with. Speak to your financial institution about when you can expect to be billed after making a purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
The production of our wall art prints on paper without frames usually takes 2 - 3 business days and will be delivered in 3 - 4 business days. The production of prints on canvas, paper or acrylic with a frame takes 3 - 5 business days and will be delivered in 3 - 4 business days.
To ensure that your prints arrive at your door safely, they will be rolled with thick paper and packaged in a corrugated shipping container. If you’ve selected a framed print, the box that it is shopped in will contain inserts that lock the frame in position to prevent it from moving. If for any reason your print is damaged, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We work with DHL and UPS for most of our deliveries. Depending on the region we also work with local delivery companies. Each package that is delivered is insured.
Please don’t accept a damaged parcel. Any parcel that is damaged upon delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

This will depend on the number and type of prints that you’ve ordered. Click here to view our shipping rates and estimate your charges.
Unfortunately, we only ship to physical addresses.
Since we produce custom products, they cannot be returned. However, if for any reason the product is damaged/defective/missprinted, you can email us on email@example.com for assistance.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
We do not offer size exchanges.

We produce prints on high-quality canvas, rag paper, or acrylic glass, all of which is sourced from trusted and recognised suppliers to the art industry.
We only use high-end frames for all of our prints. Choose from a variety of frame models, colours and materials, including natural, black and white wood.
