What is your return policy?

Since we produce custom prints, they cannot be returned. However, if for any reason the print is damaged, you can email us on customerservice@jaybower.com for assistance. 

If you absolutely are not satisfied with the print, you can always talk to us. Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. Please write us an email to customerservice@jaybower.com and we can discuss the options (Ex. Store Credit).
